Star Wars

You know you're not single anymore...when you live with a son who says the Prequel Star Wars Trilogy was better than the original Trilogy, a wife who has never even seen Star Wars, and a daughter who says that Hayden Christensen is cute...You wonder how your family was overtaken by the Dark Side of the Force...you just hope the new Star Wars 7 will unite your family again and bring peace to this galaxy.

Drive Safely

You know you're not single anymore...when your wife needs to head to the grocery store after a snowstorm and you insist to be the one to drive her there...it's not that you don't think she will drive safely...it's just that you feel a sense of protection that you want to be there to protect her in case there were any slick spots on the roads...you realize you would do anything to protect her and your kids no matter if it incurred inconvenience for a moment or not.

Valentine's Day

You know you're not single anymore...when you actually celebrate Valentine's Day and not Singles Awareness Day...You've never had to even consider Valentine's Day before, but you find yourself looking up and down the aisle for that perfect gift to tell your wife how much you love her...and then you realize maybe you need to look somewhere other than CVS...You ultimately go with premium chocolates...in which your kids end up eating most of them after your wife has one...fortunately the next day is your anniversary and you do much better with your annivesary present to your wife! :)
