PSAT preparation

You know you're not single anymore...when you spend a big portion of your Saturday helping your daughter prepare for the upcoming PSAT...You see college looming ahead and you know that colleges look at SAT scores for admittance and scholarships...You want your daughter to have every opportunity she can experience with going to the college of her choosing...Meanwhile, you are willing to sacrifice a few weekends to review SAT math and vocab words....At least your vocabulary is increasing in the process, too!

Cooking

You know you're not single anymore...when your wife does not feel well and you realize you have to fix dinner...Pizza it is!...Actually, you've started learning how to cook a few meals since you've been married...the trick has been to match the tastes of your two teenage kids...of course if you realize if you make macaroni and cheese every night, you would have a winning meal to them!

Holidays

You know you're not single anymore...when planning Thanksgiving and Christmas takes three calendars and several hours of deliberation...Last year you went to 4 Thanksgiving meals and traveled the entire state of Georgia and you know you can't go to that extreme again...You also know you would like to build your own family traditions around the holidays...In the end you find a good compromise between all the family that needs to be visited and your own desires to enjoy the season...Now you pray for good weather during the holiday season!
